• Marker Create: Creates a marker on a sequence, clip, or project item.
• Marker Delete: Deletes one marker.
• Marker Delete All: Deletes all markers of the given owner.
• Marker Move: Moves a marker to a new start time.
• Marker Set Property: Writes a new value into the selected marker property.
