Get Project Item Media Property

START and DURATION read native Media time through the operation's modern method or legacy Promise property. A failing modern read is not retried through the legacy property. Non-clip Project Items are rejected with the ordinary clip-eligibility error before reading Media. A missing Media, malformed TickTime, or failing native Media read throws PROPERTY_DATA_UNAVAILABLE with property, stable input item ref, source operation and original cause. trySetVar can capture this optional read; ordinary expression evaluation remains an error. Only a positively sequence-like source gets the END_TIME diagnostic hint after a Media failure. Failed or malformed optional classification cannot replace the original Media error; successful Media reads do not perform extra classification. Native Media START/DURATION failed for the verified ordinary Sequence, Multicam and Merged fixtures. This does not narrow IS_SEQUENCE or the Sequence resolver. Use prGetProjectItemSequenceProperty END_TIME when the intended fact is the Sequence's timeline extent; it is a distinct value, not an automatic replacement for Media duration/start or source handles. No Sequence-end, metadata, zero or false fallback is applied.
