Convert Sequence Display Timecode To Time
Parses sequence-display text back to internal sequence time. Parses sequence-display text using the selected sequence's display format and zero point and returns internal sequence time in seconds. Use mediaType to choose the relevant audio/video timing domain. On prSequenceRemoveItems, it selects Premiere's ripple alignment/time grid and does not filter the supplied items.
